Day 6-Mondays are Great

It's a new month and the start of a new week.  Mondays are Great.  Such an awesome chance to begin again with fresh focus and renewed energies.  But I'm not going to lie, I hit the snooze button A LOT this morning.  My goal for the rest of the week it to NOT do that anymore.  I need a good power hour in the morning to get back to chanting, a bit of exercise and preparing for the day.  So this week's commitment is NO Snoozing on the alarm and use my Power Hour from 5:45a to 6:45a for myself. 

I'm going to have a lunch with my accountability partner and talk strategy and goals for the month.  I think an accountability partner is key to staying on track and getting to the goalline on your plans.  I tend to fall off after a few months and then do things half-assed and then...kirplunk!!--off the wagon completely on my goals.  So I decided to try something different this time.  Someone to call me on my excuses, my procrastination, my creative reasoning on 'why' I can or can't do something I should or should not be doing.

I'm working towards doing things better this time around.  What's the old saying about insanity?  Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.  Gotta flip the script sometimes and make a change to your change.
